Step 2
Schedule a Shadow Day and Pay the Reservation Fee
Your child will have the opportunity to visit our center and experience the day participating in classes and activities for a full day. This will give your child an idea about how our school operates and allow them to share their feedback about the experience. The time will be 9 am- 2 pm during the school year only. (Aug-May) Students should bring a lunch, a snack, and a refillable water bottle. Please click the link below to schedule your shadow day.
Please complete our interest form for each child BEFORE attending the shadow day HERE. The interest form is also located on our website under admissions.
A $100 nonrefundable reservation fee is due upon confirmation and completion of the scheduled shadow day to reserve your child's spot. Please click here to create a Playground account and make payment.
Step 3
Family Follow-Up Interview
The administrator will meet with the prospective family to discuss the Shadow Day experience to see if both parties determine that our school is a good fit and can support your child's educational needs. If our program meets the needs of your child, your family will be invited to complete the registration process. Complete a letter of intent to homeschool your child and submit it to your county school district. Link to form: Letter of Intent to Home Educate

Apply to Learn To Thrive Education
To proceed with the registration process, please click the link to complete the full online application to register here. Families will do the following:

Create a new family account
Complete the application and student information
Upload all required documents
Sign all required documents
Compete registration and pay a $100 registration fee
Step 5
Pay tuition
We have two payment options for you to choose from:
Step up for Students Scholarships (direct pay)- Families may pay tuition by going to the marketplace and selecting “Learn To Thrive Education” from the provider's list then choose their desired service (i.e. full-time, 3-day, etc) add to cart, and reserve funds. Please contact the school once payment is initiated.
Out of Pocket- Families may pay full tuition out of pocket via our accounting system “Playground”. Families will go into their “Playground” account and make a payment using a credit card. If families will need a receipt for scholarship reimbursement purposes please let us know.
